Six questions. Your checklist builds as you answer — including the parts we tell you to skip.

Question 1 of 5

What kind of work do you do?

Appointment work

Answer the first question and your list starts building here.

The sequence

From a skill to people booking you

Six stages. Two of them are yours, three are ours, one belongs to the state.

  • YOU
  • US
  • THE STATE
  1. 01YOU

You tell us what you do and where

A call, about fifteen minutes. What the work is, what you want to charge, what hours you want to work.

  2. 02US

We check your name and file with the state

We confirm the name is available, prepare your Articles of Organization, and file them. A person reads what you gave us before it goes.

  3. 03US

We get your EIN from the IRS

The number your business uses for taxes and for opening a bank account.

  4. 04THE STATE

    The state approves your company

This part takes as long as it takes. We don’t control it, and nobody who tells you otherwise does either. We’ll tell you the day it clears.

  5. 05US

    We build your booking page

Your services, your hours, your prices, your photos. Set up with you, not handed over as a blank template.

  6. 06YOU

    People start booking you

Every appointment creates a customer record, which is what makes the second appointment possible.

You can see exactly where yours is at any point — these are the same stages we move it through on our side.

What each step involves →

Our difference

The difference

A person does your filing

Not a form that submits itself. We review your submission, check the name is available, and file it. Other services say plainly in their terms that they don’t check your information for accuracy. We do the opposite, and we’ll tell you if something looks off.

The difference

We tell you what you don’t need

Your checklist marks items as not needed and says why. Most services have no reason to tell you that, because every item on their list is something they sell. Knowing which permits don’t apply to you is worth as much as knowing which ones do.

Everything that comes with the platform

  • BOOKINGS

A booking page that actually takes bookings

Your own web page with the booking app built into it. Someone picks a time, books it, and it lands in your calendar.

  • CUSTOMERS

A customer list that builds itself

Every booking creates a customer record. Billing, invoices and re-bookings all run off that list, which is what makes a second visit possible.

  • MONEY

Payment processing, connected to your bookings

Take card payments through the same booking app, so getting paid isn’t a separate job you have to chase afterwards.

  • ONLINE

A domain, if you need one

If you don’t already have a web address, you get one. If you do, we point it at your page.

  • ONLINE

Business email on your own name

An address at your business rather than a personal account, connected and working.

  • GUIDES

Guides that work from your own numbers

Short worksheets for the questions that keep owners up at night — what to charge, whether you’re actually making money, where it goes. They calculate from the figures already in your CRM, and nothing you enter leaves your account.

What we do

Every service that registers a business stops when the paperwork is filed. That is the point where you have a company, a certificate, and no customers.

We keep going. Your business gets registered and your customers start booking you Monday morning.

Go ahead and book a lawn cut.

This is an example of what your booking app looks and works like on a mobile device and what your customer sees. Your services, your prices, your name. GreenScape is our example business, so go ahead and click through — no one will get a lawn cut!

Already in business?

You’ve done the paperwork and are legal. Your business is already working. The reason to talk to us is because you’re struggling to keep up with managing your customers, leads and job bookings. Let us help you streamline.

The calls you can’t answer

You’re under a sink, on a mower, or you’ve got a dog in the tub. The phone rings and the job goes to whoever picked up. A booking page takes it while your hands are full — and one job you’d otherwise have missed covers the month.

A customer list you can’t manage well

It’s spread across your phone contacts, your Messenger threads and a notebook, so there’s no way to tell eighty past customers you’ve got Thursday free — or to see who hasn’t been back in six months. And if the phone goes, or the page does, it goes with them.

$49to activate

then $49 a month

The filing is behind you, so you’re not paying for it. Activate the account and your booking page and CRM are live the same day — you set them up with a walkthrough that takes an evening, and we get on a call afterwards to help you finish off.

See what we do

Where we file

Two states. That's the whole list.

We file where we live, and these are the two we know cold. A company that claims all fifty knows yours about as well as it knows the other forty-nine.

  • Filing available

    South Carolina

    $125state filing fee

  • Filing available

    Kentucky

    $40state filing fee

Both fees are charged by the state. We collect and pay them directly — no markup.

If we get to your state, we'll let you know.

Other people you’ll need

You’ll need a bank account. You’ll probably want insurance. At some point you’ll want somebody who does your taxes properly.

We don’t sell any of that, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we will do is tell you what to ask, so you can choose well without knowing anyone.

The pledge

No commission, from anyone

Not a referral fee, not a kickback, nothing. If a recommendation is ever paid for, it will say so on the page.

  • 01

    Business banking

A separate account, opened with your EIN. Keeping business money apart from your own is the first thing an accountant will ask about.

    What to ask(3)
    • What do you need to see to open it — EIN, formation papers, both?
    • What is the monthly fee, and what makes it go away?
    • Is there a point where deposits start costing me money?

    Day one

  • 02

    Insurance

General liability at minimum, and cover for your tools and vehicle if the work needs it. Some customers will ask before they book you.

    What to ask(3)
    • Does this cover my tools away from home, or only in the garage?
    • How fast can you send a certificate when a customer asks for one?
    • What isn’t covered?

    Before first job

  • 03

    Tax and bookkeeping

Somebody who files your return and tells you what to set aside. Worth having before your first quarter, not after it.

    What to ask(3)
    • Do you file for single-owner service businesses, or mostly W-2 returns?
    • Does your fee include calls during the year, or only the return?
    • Will you tell me what to set aside, or only what I owe in April?

    First quarter

  • 04

    Financial advice

What to do about retirement and irregular income once the business is actually paying you.

    What to ask(3)
    • How are you paid — a fee from me, or commission on what you sell me?
    • Are you required to put my interests first?
    • What do I do in a month I earn nothing?
